中国低硫燃油附加费(LSL/LSD)征收通知 - 2018年12月11日
Dear Valued Customers,
The new low sulphur regulation of 0.50% sulphur limit (currently applicable on Shanghai, Ningbo and all Yangtze River Ports) will be extended the cover to all China ports w.e.f 1st January 2019. In order to continue extending the high standard of services in a challenging environment, Mariana Express Lines will implement the following Low Sulphur Surcharge within the stated scope.
