Revamp of ANA Services
We are pleased to announce the revamp of ANA service. Having received feedbacks from our valued clients over the past 18months, we have listened to their feedback earnestly and have actioned for the service to be further improved. With the revamp of the routing of ANA services, we will achieve regular 14 day frequencies and reduce any irregularities with the scheduling that had occurred earlier due to Dili port delays.
Current and new routing of ANA service is as follow:
Current: | Shanghai – Qingdao – Hong Kong – Dili – Darwin – Port Moresby – Townsville – Kaohsiung |
New: | Shanghai – Qingdao – Hong Kong – Surabaya – Darwin – Port Moresby – Townsville – Kaohsiung. |
With the revamp of the service routing, we now aim to provide our clients with fixed window and 14 days frequency that we have assured our clients, since the start of ANA service in 2009.
Kindly note that the service revamp also aims to improve MELL service to Dili. This will ensure more timely arrival of Dili imports.
Revamped ANA service also allows MELL to provide the fastest transit time for North Asia cargo to Surabaya, Surabaya cargo to Port Moresby, Darwin and Townsville and improved connectivity for cargo originating from South East Asia, India-Subcontinent and Europe.
