Dear Valued Customers,

In light of the COVID-19 situation in Shanghai and ongoing precautionary measures affecting cargo clearance and inspection of both DG and reefer shipments, we would like to inform you that with immediate effect, PIL will temporarily suspend the acceptance of new DG and reefer shipment bookings to Shanghai and/or in transit shipments via Shanghai until further notice.

For DG and reefer shipments that are currently en route to Shanghai, we will endeavor to discharge the cargo at Shanghai. Failing which, we will discharge or hold the affected containers at alternative transshipment ports until such time that delivery to Shanghai is possible. We will keep you posted on our arrangements for such affected cargo shipments.

We regret any inconvenience caused to you due to this temporary suspension. We hope to resume this service as soon as possible.
